F+W Names Media Industry Veteran Tom Beusse as CEO

NEW YORK – January 19, 2016 – F+W, A Content + eCommerce Company announced today the appointment of Tom Beusse as CEO, with immediate effect. Mr. Beusse most recently acted as Founder and President of the USA Today Sports Media Group. In his three years in the position, he built USA Today Sports Media Group (which incorporated dozens of assets across Gannett’s many media properties) into one of the top sources of sports news and information in the country. Prior to USA Today, he served as President and CEO of Westwood One, a publicly-owned content syndication company focused on network and local radio.

Mr. Beusse’s extensive media experience also includes five years as President of magazine publishing at Rodale, Inc. where he repositioned the company and its brands, Men’s Health, Runner’s World and others as international lifestyle brands. As President of Time4 Media, a former subsidiary of Time Warner, Mr. Beusse focused on eighteen consumer niche brands including Golf Magazine, This Old House, Popular Science, and Field and Stream.
